Senior UI/UX Designer - Enterprise Web & macOS Applications

About the role

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in fast-moving product cycles and can make complex data feel simple. 

You'll work closely with product and engineering to design experiences that are both powerful and intuitive.

What you'll do

• Own design end-to-end - from early concepts to specs ready for engineering

• Turn complex workflows and multi-layered data into clear, polished interfaces

• Prototype fast, take feedback, iterate, and move on

• Work daily with product, engineering, and stakeholders - communicate design decisions clearly

• Manage your own workload with reliable estimates the team can count on

• Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow

What we're looking for

• 5+ years designing enterprise web and macOS applications that handle complex, multi-layered data

• Strong visual instincts - your work looks finished, not just functional

• Fast prototyping - whiteboard to clickable mockup in hours, not days

• Clear communicator - you can walk engineers and executives through a design and make it land

• Comfortable with tight deadlines and frequent changes without dropping quality

• Sharp attention to detail - you notice things others miss

• Quick to pick up new tools and processes

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Open to critique and fast iterations - you improve quickly and don't get attached to first drafts

• Proficient English speaker and writer - clear, precise communication in both spoken and written form

Nice to have

• Background in graphic design, motion, or illustration

• Experience with design systems at scale
