About The Role:

We are seeking a Product Lead to work across teams & departments to successfully lead and execute business projects. A successful Product Lead is passionate about great products and also is comfortable getting into the technical details - clarifying, contributing, and organizing thoughts to arrive at the best outcome for the business. He/she can also translate his/her point of view into requirements and specifications that result in great software for our customers, engineers, and internal users. Product Lead shall be curious enough to understand why they may be wrong.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years in engineering, product management, or relevant field.
  • Experience in Customer Operations, and/or Business Process Optimization.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodology and tools (ex. Jira, Confluence, etc..)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data.
  • Database Tools, SQL queries, and Dynamics 365 knowledge is plus
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize business new features, technical architectural improvements and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the product backlog is well-defined and relevant.
  • Use agile principles to drive the software development of features.
  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the industry.
  • Provide internal employees training on how to use the product if needed.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
  • Assess and address business and technical risks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
  • Coordinate new features readiness and quality, and define success criteria for testing and acceptance.
