About the Role:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to join our growing AWS practice. You will be responsible for hands-on delivery of cloud migration projects, proof-of-concept engagements, and infrastructure implementations for clients in the Gulf region.
This is a client-facing delivery role, in terms of working directly with customers to design, build, and optimize their AWS environments.

We are an AWS Partner specializing in cloud migration, infrastructure management, and digital transformation for businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the wider MENA region.
Job requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Execute cloud migration projects (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Conduct security reviews and implement AWS security best practices
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for prospective clients
• Collaborate with the senior technical lead on architecture decisions
• Document solutions, runbooks, and technical processes
• Participate in client calls and presentations as a technical resource
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, or any related field.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Strong knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation.
• Experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
• Solid understanding of networking, security groups, and VPC design.
• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (required).
Required AWS Certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days):
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate (SAA-C03)
Preferred AWS Certifications:
• AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer — Associate
• AWS Certified Developer — Associate (DVA-C02)
Nice to Have:
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Professional (DOP-C02)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
• Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Previous consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus).
