Job description
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Monitor day-to-day invoices from suppliers.
- Watch expense reimbursements.
- Prepare and manage payments.
- Credit card reconciliation
- be responsible for all intercompany transactions.
- Credit card reconciliation
- Perform bank account reconciliations.
- Assemble information & prepare the tax payroll & VAT reports on a monthly basis.
- Manage and monitor the company's cash flow.
- Manage monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in compiling and building the company’s financial statements.
Job requirements
- BSc in accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- very good at English skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in the Bisan accounting system (Priority – advantage).
- good communication and high interpersonal skills.
- strong verbal and written English skills.
- high level of Excel skills and analytical abilities.
