Job description

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Monitor day-to-day invoices from suppliers.
  • Watch expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare and manage payments.
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • be responsible for all intercompany transactions.
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Perform bank account reconciliations.
  • Assemble information & prepare the tax payroll & VAT reports on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and monitor the company's cash flow.
  • Manage monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in compiling and building the company’s financial statements.

Job requirements

  • BSc in accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • very good at English skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the Bisan accounting system (Priority – advantage).
  • good communication and high interpersonal skills.
  • strong verbal and written English skills.
  • high level of Excel skills and analytical abilities.
