About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level to Senior Flutter Engineer to join our development team. The role requires solid expertise in mobile application architecture, performance optimization, API integration, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

  • Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components.

  • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party libraries.

  • Implement state management solutions using Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar frameworks.

  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.

  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and stability.

  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.

  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

  • Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

  • Manage application builds, releases, and deployments to Google Play and the Apple App Store.

  • Contribute to technical discussions, system design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • For senior-level candidates: Provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions and development best practices.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of mobile development experience, with strong Flutter and Dart skills and delivery of Android/iOS applications.

  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, mobile architecture, and state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).

  • Experience with responsive UI development, REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.

  • Proficiency in Git, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and design patterns.

  • Knowledge of native Android/iOS development and mobile CI/CD.

  • Experience with monitoring tools, payment gateways, maps, and application security.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; mentoring or technical leadership experience is a plus.
