About The Role:
The perfect candidate will be able to work independently, provide the highest degree of technical assistance to help resolve complex customer problems, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.


  • Serve as a Customer support engineer who will master the company's unique
    technology
  • Taking ownership on support related issues
  • Providing great customer experience, handling issues with expertise and
    kindness.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer outstanding issues
  • Establish knowledge and process to provide a great customer
    experience

Job requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering \MIS or related major.
  • Working experience with databases like MySQL/ SQL\MongoDB Etc.- must
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • High level of communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a multitasking and pressured environment
