Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as Customer Support Engineer
  • Graduate Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Working experience with databases like MySQL/ SQL\ Etc.- must
  • Experience with Linux
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Working experience with Javascript
  • Reverse engineering of API/web-applications - advantage
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • High level of communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a multitasking and pressured environment
