- Taking ownership on support related issues
- Providing great customer experience, handling issues with expertise and

- Work with internal teams to resolve customer outstanding issues

experience
Job requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as Customer Support Engineer
- Graduate Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management
- Working experience with databases like MySQL/ SQL\ Etc.- must
- Experience with Linux
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Working experience with Javascript
- Reverse engineering of API/web-applications - advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- High level of communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a multitasking and pressured environment
